Laurel Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to care for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long‑term care standards.

• Answer signal lights
• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Serve and collect food trays and feed residents requiring help
• Transport residents using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assist residents to walk
• Turn and reposition residents, alone or with assistance
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed
• Complete documentation

• Required:
  
  Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment
• Required:
  
  High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team setting
