This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Laurel, MT. The Financial Controller will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage financial reporting, and ensure accurate accounting practices. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, preparing reports for leadership, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of performing financial analysis, implementing processes for efficiency, and contributing to the financial health of the organization.

• Proficiency in Accounting and managing financial records
• Experience in preparing Financial Statements and ensuring their accuracy
• Strong skills in Financial Reporting and related compliance
• Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and generate actionable insights
• Knowledge of Finance, including budgeting and forecasting processes
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
