- Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle-3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions
