Hourly Wage and Compensation
The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location, ranging from $14 to $27 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
