This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse (RN) located at South Central Regional Medical Center in Laurel, MS. The RN will deliver patient-centered care, including assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. The RN will collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care, provide education to patients and their families, and maintain accurate documentation while adhering to safety and compliance protocols.

• Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to support team-based care and patient education
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and effectively prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of healthcare protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Mississippi (or eligibility for licensure)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
  Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred
• Preferred experience in areas such as medical-surgical, critical care, or specialty nursing
• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
