This is a full-time, on-site role located in Laurel, MS, for a District Manager at Clark Oil. The District Manager will oversee and manage daily operations across multiple store locations within the assigned district. Responsibilities include supervising store managers, ensuring compliance with company policies, achieving financial and operational goals, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also involves analyzing sales data, controlling budgets, training staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing effective strategies for operational improvement.
Qualifications- Management and leadership skills, including experience overseeing teams and mentoring staff.
- Strong operational skills, including budget management, performance analysis, and multitasking.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to address customer needs and foster positive relationships.
- Problem-solving and strategic planning skills to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Retail or convenience store management experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across multiple store locations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
