Overview
Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources has an immediate opening for a motivated Children s Day Treatment Assistant to provide services for a day treatment classroom in Jones county, but is not limited to Greene, Wayne, and Perry counties. The organization is looking for a positive and ambitious person who is great with communication skills to fill this position. The Children s Day Treatment Assistant must be able to problem solve, multi-task multiple projects, and think independently.
Must be able to obtain Class D Driver s License within 30 days of hire. Experience working with children preferred.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Class D driver s license required within 30 days of hire
- Valid driver s license with satisfactory driving record required
- Behavioral Health Experience Preferred
- Experience working in a classroom setting preferred
- Monitors student behaviors and provides redirection when needed, including modeling appropriate behaviors.
- Assists the Master s degree Therapist in the classroom with instruction, clerical duties, and student activities.
- Provides transportation for the program using company van.
