We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join a well-established, primarily fee-for-service private dental practice just outside of Laurel in Ellisville, MS. This thriving practice has built a strong reputation in the community by prioritizing high-quality dentistry, ethical patient care, and a supportive clinical environment.

The incoming associate will step into a full schedule from day one, with the practice booked six months in advance. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values clinical autonomy and enjoys practicing comprehensive dentistry without the limitations of heavily insurance-driven care. Providers are encouraged to focus on treatment quality and long-term patient relationships rather than volume-based production pressures.

An active and well-executed marketing program is in place to consistently attract new patients, ensuring a steady and growing patient base. The practice maintains a high patient volume, allowing the incoming associate to quickly build a productive schedule.

• First-year employment guarantee of $250K or the greater of 30% of adjusted production. You will be awarded on whichever is greater.
