** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken and communicating updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the manufacturing location, including production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, watching for conditions that may help to deter unwanted activity.

+ Control access at designated entry points by monitoring gates and doors, checking identification and/or visitor logs, and directing deliveries and contractors to proper check-in areas according to site procedures.

+ Complete routine reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift pass-downs, noting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations for follow-up.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 1+ years of security experience.

+ A Guard Card/license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
