Position: JUNIOR ANALYST
JP Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is looking for a Full-Time Junior Analyst to support the United States Government Publishing Office (GPO) Laurel Warehouse.

Place of performance: U.S. Government Publishing Office (USGPO) 8660 Cherry Lane, Suite #32, Laurel, MD 20707.

Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M.

-3:30 P.M., excluding Federal Holidays.

Note:

Hours may be adjusted to meet contract and customers' needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Attending meetings, preparing standardized reports and documentation, collecting and organizing data, and maintaining accurate project tracking systems and records to support program evaluation and analysis. Additional duties include coordinating meetings and logistics, archiving research materials, and performing administrative tasks to ensure efficient departmental operations and workflow continuity.
  • Attend meetings in person or virtually as directed by the CO or COR.
  • Format and prepare reports, presentations, and related documentation in accordance with established templates and standards.
  • Collect and organize program-related data to support performance evaluations and project assessments.
  • Maintain and update project tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and databases.
  • Compile data from multiple sources to assist in team-led analytical efforts.
  • Review data under the direction of senior analysts to identify emerging trends, anomalies, or operational issues.
  • Ensure version control and compliance with documentation standards for all records and files.
  • Organize and archive research materials for efficient retrieval and reference.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to support team coordination.
  • Coordinate basic logistics for meetings, travel arrangements, and events associated with program activities.
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned to enhance departmental efficiency and workflow continuity.
  • Minimum Experience:

    Entry-level to early career experience (typically 0-3 years) in program support, finance, data entry, reconciliation, or administrative operations.
  • Minimum Education:

    High school diploma with relevant experience, or an associate's degree in business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in standard warehousing and material handling techniques:
    • Must be proficient in reading and communicating effectively in English
    • Possess basic math skills
    • Be familiar with the use of personal computers
    • Be physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
    • Be able to lift and carry materials up to 40 pounds
