As an Intern, you will learn to support project teams while being exposed to a variety of property use types and most phases of the real estate, development, design and construction processes.

You'll organize, track, review, evaluate, analyze and prepare a multitude of information and documents. You'll communicate in a variety of ways while working with internal and external project team members. In addition to support, we usually have you tackle one or more independent special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist project teams in administering and tracking multiple projects.

• Collect, create, revise, log and organize documentation and files related to projects.

• Coordinate communications within and beyond project teams.

• Collect and track certificates of insurance, bonds and vendor information.

• Collect and organize documentation on vendors, products, services, and alternatives.

• Input updates and revisions to track project schedules.

• Collect information and maintain project financials to reflect current budgets, commitments, invoices, payments, and projections.

• Collect project invoices, payment applications and related support to organize for funding/draw requests.

• Track and document change requests, supporting materials, and approved change orders.

• Track submittals and RFIs.

• Collect and log as-built, record, warranties, and close out documentation.

• Assist as requested with corporate initiatives to improve the way that we do business.

• Contribute to team effort by performing other duties when requested.

We desire candidates with minimum qualifications including:
  • High School diploma and pursuing a degree in construction, engineering, architecture or real estate;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and various project management software and online platforms;
