We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our accounting and finance operations. This role is responsible for managing invoicing, payment collection, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets
  • Communicate with clients and customers to request, track, and arrange payments
  • Collect payments and record all transactions accurately
  • Prepare and analyze reports, including balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Update client accounts with current payment or contact information
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and support
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for financial and accounting documents
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in collections and accounts receivable functions
  • Strong understanding of core financial concepts and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in account reconciliation processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting techniques
  • Experience supporting or participating in financial audits (a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
