Security Officer - Hospital

Position: Security Officer - Hospital Full Time
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and assisting with de-escalation as directed by post orders.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards, damaged property, and unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor flow by observing for unauthorized entry, assisting with directions, and reporting suspicious activity in accordance with site procedures.;
Complete detailed reports on incidents, patrol observations, and service requests, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership as required.
