As a Cook at Kadima, you ll:

• Prepare and cook meals according to planned menus and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure meals are palatable, appetizing, and served at the correct temperature.
• Oversee the tray line and serve meals as necessary.
• Inspect special diet trays to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and serve nutritional bedtime snacks.
• Ensure appropriate equipment and utensils are provided with each meal.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food preparation and cooking, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and therapeutic diets.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
