Manufacturing Assembly Technician

We are a national leader in the design and manufacturing of customized trailers, priding ourselves on delivering high-quality, innovative solutions across a wide range of industries. We are expanding into new ventures and seeking to add experienced personnel to our core team.
Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for assembling trailer components from start to finish. The manufacturing process involves components from multiple departments—plumbing, electrical, finishing, framing, etc.—that each contribute essential elements to the final product. Successful candidates will possess skills in manufacturing, carpentry, assembly, construction, welding, and/or mechanical. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are keys to success in this role.
Schedule & Benefits- 4 days a week:
Monday thru Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm - Paid time off

- Experience with power and hand tools - high proficiency
- Ability to be on your feet for a 10‑hour shift
- Full mobility without restrictions
- Read a tape measure accurately
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively
- Complete assigned production tasks in the scheduled time frame
- Able to take direction and understand instructions
- Actively follow all company policies and expectations
- Follow all safety guidelines
