Overview
The Team:
The Adult Day Centre at Latrobe offers a range of activities, including games, crafts, excursions and other interest-based programs for clients attending the centre. The Service Coordinator ensures that care is delivered efficiently and effectively, in accordance with best practice principles and relevant legislative standards, within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework.
The Adult Day Centre Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Adult Day Centre, including overseeing centre activities, staff, and material and financial resources. If you are passionate about working with clients to improve their wellbeing within a supportive social environment, this position would be an excellent fit for you.
You will need
- Experience in the operation of diversional therapy programs and legislative frameworks such as My Aged Care
- A desire to work with clients in the community to provide an engaging and positive environment for social connection and support
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a multidisciplinary team

Detailsof appointments
Fixed term part time, day worker position, working 60.8 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 23 March 2026.
Fixed term part time, day worker position, working 56 hours per fortnight, commencing 14 April 2026 until 25 June 2026.
Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary and benefitsSalary: $81,915 to $94,263 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary Packaging: You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
