We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Plumber to cover the In-N-Out Burger stores in Northern California, Northern Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, and Idaho. The Plumber is based out of the Lathrop, CA warehouse, and will be responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing Plumber-related issues at the In-N-Out Burger restaurants.

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures for In-N-Out Burger restaurants throughout the company
• Perform gas and water line repairs
• Locate and repair issues with water supply lines, such as leaks, etc.
• Troubleshoot, service, and complete repairs to plumbing systems of current restaurants
• Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.
• Use augers, snakes, cameras, remodels and new system installations
• Maintain the cleanliness of their work area

• Pay Range for Beginner Plumber is $28.44 - $32.00 per hour
• Pay Range Intermediate Plumber is $31.50 - $35.00 per hour

The above represents the expected pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we will consider your experience and other job-related factors.

• Hours:
  
  Graveyard shift: 12:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.; overtime as needed
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Travel: 40-50% of the time Plumbers will be out of town or out of state;
  Travel required to the states where In-N-Out Burger operates

• 3-5 years of plumbing repair and remodel experience required.
• Professional plumbing experience in residential or commercial service and repair preferred.
• Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in commercial, industrial, or restaurant buildings preferred.
• Extensive travel schedule – must be able to travel out of town/out of state for up to 8 days at a time
• A Valid California Driver's License
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
• Familiarity with Uniform Plumbing Codes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  Be able to interact with all levels of management and outside organizations to represent the company in a positive and professional manner
