The Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will transform store visitors into loyal customers by providing an exceptional shopping experience. You’ll guide guests through home furnishing selections, inspire creativity, and help them design spaces they’ll love. Key Responsibilities:- Deliver world-class service and ensure every guest feels valued and supported.
- Provide expert assistance with product selections, financing options, and order processing.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
- Support store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory checks.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals aligned with company KPIs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience (retail preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable, energetic, and customer-focused.
