Production Manager, Service Manufacturing

What To Expect:
The Production Manager will manage, inspire and develop a team of Associate Managers, Supervisors, Associates, Technicians and Leads. The Manager provides hands‑on support, leadership, and direction to direct reports, and prides themselves on hands‑on and analytical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail. • Build a strong, motivated production team across day and night shift 24/7 factory operations, capable of consistently delivering high‑quality products against aggressive production targets.
• Maintain high product quality and manufacturing yield while ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to best safety practices.
• Ensure production teams utilize standardized work and consistent work practices across shifts and areas.
• Monitor metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Help with implementation of and continued adherence to Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Partner and coordinate with Design, Engineering, Quality, HR and Maintenance to resolve issues and concerns.
• Ensure teams’ safety training is current, document EHS incidents, proactively correct workplace hazards, and empower others to continuously improve operations.

• 10 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with electro‑mechanical assembly; general assembly is a plus.
• The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to proactively communicate with all employees and works well in a fast‑paced multi‑cultural environment.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Good understanding of mechanical and standardized processes.
• Ability to use problem‑solving methods and techniques to successfully and efficiently resolve problems.
  
  Ability to foster a close working relationship with team members and management.

Expected compensation: $126,000 – $189,000 annual salary plus cash and stock awards plus benefits. Pay may vary depending on market location, job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. Total compensation may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
