Workplace Signs & Graphics Designer

What to Expect

Support creation and execution of signage and environmental graphic solutions across multiple sites. This support translates into supporting workplace commercial offices and lab needs into clear, functional and visually aligned designs that enhance navigation and brand presence.

What You'll Do

* Develop & design signage layouts for way finding and environmental graphics in alignment with brand and accessibility standards

* Create production ready artwork files and specifications for external vendors

* Localize templates to for specific sites and team messaging

* Assist in site surveys, measurements, and coordination for signage installation, collaborating with internal teams and vendors as needed

* Coordinate with vendors with procurement of signage and material specifications

* Apply brand guidelines consistently across graphics and signage types and adapt designs for various formats and materials

* Maintain file library, project records and version control for design assets

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

* 3-5 years of experience in signage, large format printing, environmental graphics and way finding

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, & InDesign)

* Understanding of signage materials, fabrication, and installation methods

* Strong layout and typography skills with attention to detail

* Familiarity with ADA guidelines and safety signage standards is a plus

* Provide work sample or portfolio with application

Expected Compensation

$86,400 - $145,800/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
