Position: Hot Forming Operator

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-mechanical, high-impact environment where every part you form makes a difference.

A Little of What You’ll Do
  • Operate and monitor hot forming machines and furnaces to shape metal components to exact specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Set up dies, tools, and materials for each job run.
  • Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools.
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

Requirements What We’re Looking For
  • Must be 18, or older
  • High school diploma, or equivalent required
  • Experience in forming, forging, or metal fabrication preferred. At least 1 year in manufacturing is required.
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as fixing machinery to changing tooling and dies.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is a must.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
