As a Hot Forming Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our precision manufacturing process, transforming raw metal into high-performance components used in critical industries like aerospace, automotive, construction and energy. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a high-mechanical, high-impact environment where every part you form makes a difference.

• Operate and monitor hot forming machines and furnaces to shape metal components to exact specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Set up dies, tools, and materials for each job run.
• Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

• Competitive Salary:
  We offer a competitive salary starting at $21.50/hour with performance-based raises at 3, 6 & 12 months.

• Eligibility starts on the 1st of the month following date of hire

• Must be 18, or older
• High school diploma, or equivalent required
• Experience in forming, forging, or metal fabrication preferred. At least 1 year in manufacturing is required.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, such as fixing machinery to changing tooling and dies.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail is a must.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
