We are seeking a Travel RN in Long Term Care for a 16‑week assignment in Las Vegas, New Mexico. This role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and full travel support.

- One year of recent RN experience in a long‑term care setting
- Valid RN license compliant with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification
- ACLS Certification
- Additional certifications may be required depending on facility requirements
- Assess patient or resident health, monitor for changes, and take appropriate action
- Develop, update, and implement personalized care plans with residents, families, and the team
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Observe residents for medication reactions or changes and report concerns
- Provide wound care, IV therapy, catheter management, and other skilled procedures within scope
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, delegating appropriately
- Educate residents and families on medications, treatments, and chronic condition management
- Document care, resident progress, and health changes promptly
- Respond quickly to emergencies, delivering critical care and coordinating with medical teams
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control and regulatory standards
- Critical thinking, service excellence, good interpersonal communication
- English language reading, writing, communication
- Ability to read and follow instructions; PC skills
- Physical: Ability to remain stationary, move equipment (50–100 lb), push/pull, lift, bend
- Interpersonal: Work effectively with diverse personnel, positive attitude, professionalism
- Technical/Motor: Fine manipulation, push/pull, move during procedures, equipment use
- Mental: Handle frequent public contact, meet deadlines under pressure, work with‑or‑without supervision, irregular schedules, attention to detail
- Sensory: Visual acuity, effective communication
