Overview

- Collaborating with surgical teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
- Documenting patient status, treatments, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Providing patient education and support to patients and their families.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
