ED Registrar – Days
The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Las Vegas, New Mexico to hire a dedicated ED Registrar – Days
. In this vital front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients entering the Emergency Department—providing a warm welcome, accurate registration, and seamless coordination with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency during day shifts
- Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance, and personal information accurately
- Enter and update patient records in the hospital’s EHR system
- Collaborate with ED staff to support timely admissions and patient flow
- Respond to patient and visitor inquiries regarding hospital procedures and policies
- Day Shifts
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: 1+ year in a hospital, clinic, or medical office preferred
- Skills: Intermediate computer proficiency, data entry accuracy, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
