Inbound Team Lead

Job Overview

Apply for the Inbound Team Lead role at Arvato to support daily warehouse operations and collaborate closely with Supervisors. In this role you’ll showcase leadership by coordinating workflows, assigning and monitoring tasks for associates, tracking transactions, and ensuring smooth, efficient inbound department operations.

• Expert in RF, conveyor, and WMS systems.
• Knowledgeable across all operational areas and their links.
• Coordinate with control tower, inventory control, transportation, inbound, pick/pack, shipping, and service delivery teams to meet daily performance targets.
• Monitor area activity and communicate risks of missed targets to Supervisors.
• Prepare recovery plans for at‑risk targets with supervision.
• Communicate exceptions identified by teams to the Account Team (e.g., inbound damage, missing part numbers).
• Follow up on issues as needed.
• Identify improvement areas and report daily efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels of consumables (boxes, packing slips, etc.).
• Oversee personnel professionally.
• Investigate and repair exceptions (over, under, missing, damages, etc.).
• Assign cycle counts as needed.
• Flexible shift hours as required.

• At least two years of leadership experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
• Strong computer skills, experience with Excel, and data reporting.
• Previous experience with WMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds overhead.
• Must climb and stack cartons up to 15 feet.
• Must push and pull a pallet jack up to 1500 pounds.
• Work schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
