Window Dispatcher
Transdev in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Responsibilities- Oversee road service for assigned carriers by tracking trip performance measures, ensuring routes begin on time, monitoring performance, and addressing incidents.
- Provide customer support by responding to questions and concerns regarding customer trips, including no-shows, cancellations and missed trips.
- Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators and act as liaison between the carrier and emergency services.
- Manage daily service by reviewing route performance and proactively responding to situations that impact customer service.
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma or GED;
Technical Degree preferred. - 3-5 years; experience in dispatching.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Employees are generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of indoors and outdoors.
- Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions.
- Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.

Pay and Benefits- CBA Position:
Position subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement. - $23.18 - $30.59 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay Scale). Starting pay is $23.18 with progression to $30.59 over 10 years.

Paid Sick Leave: 26 hrs for full-time employees after 1st year, progressing up to 40 hrs after 3rd year;
