Summary
The Shuttle Bus Driver’s responsibilities include conducting pre‑trip vehicle inspections, redusig a clean and orderly shuttle bus, and assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking. Drivers will operate a minibus, van, or lightweight truck to transport clients, trainees, or company personnel изменений. They must ensure compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies, report maintenance issues or incidents promptly, keep accurate records of passenger counts and mileage, and stay informed about route and traffic conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Convey passengers to and from predetermined locations.
- Assist passengers in loading and unloading into the vehicle.
- Answer passengers’ questions in a polite and gentle manner.
- Maintain constant communication with the dispatcher or manager.
- Carry out regular checks on the shuttle vehicle before and after each day’s run.
- Repair minor faults and report major problems, accidents, or damage to the dispatcher or technicianρυ.
- Obey all traffic rules and regulations guiding the operation of shuttle services in the assigned area.
- Effectively and efficiently transport guests using safe driving practices.
- Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non‑disclosure.
- Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Daily compliance with company policies including state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
Must provide(commentary: 10‑Year Clean Driving History)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceÅ.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a Nevada Dispensary agent card and be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical SkillsAbility to addത്ര and subtract two‑digit numbers, multiply and divide with tens and hundreds. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money, weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved writtenיטי or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer SkillsKnowledge of word‑processing software and spreadsheet software.
Physical DemandsEmployee is regularly required to sit. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Visual abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work EnvironmentEmployee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions and occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Noise level is usually moderate.
