- Valid driver's license
- Qualified Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability and prior experience driving a 26‑ft box truck (complete logs and inspections)
- Must be able to complete all training and requirements
- Must be at least 22 years old
- Must have reliable transportation
- Dedicated professionalism to job and duties
- Must pass background check and drug test
- Above average energy, attention to detail, and organization skills
- Ability to lift 50–75+ pounds regularly
- Ability to be on your feet 6–10 hours a day
- Must be a team player
- Detailed and conscientious

- Physically inclined and coordinated
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Driver license with clean driving record

- Move, disassemble, and reassemble furniture and appliances
- Load and unload large items to and from trucks
- Pack items into boxes, taking care to protect fragile items
- Unpack items according to customer satisfaction
- Maintain vehicle equipment; fill fuel tank, perform vehicle inspections
- Follow all state and national safety regulations and standards
Pay is based on experience:
CDL Driver – $22.00–$25.00 an hour plus tips
Non‑CDL Driver – $19.00–$24.00 an hour plus tips
