Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Racquet Sports located in Las Vegas, NV. The Director of Racquet Sports will be responsible for overseeing all racquet sports operations, including developing programs, managing staff, coaching, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences. The role includes designing training sessions, organizing tournaments, budgeting, and maintaining equipment and facilities. Additionally, the Director will collaborate with other amenities to create a cohesive experience for guests.

• Proven track record in organizing tournaments and events
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field
• Professional certification in racquet sports coaching is a plus
