Job SummaryFoster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes. Maximize client retention through best‑in‑class service—including coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. Adapt movements to individual athletes and deliver safe, effective programming that aligns with each member’s goals.
Responsibilities- Coaching group workouts, personal training, and team sessions.
- Modify and adapt exercises to fit the athlete’s ability and goals.
- Teach correct form and technique, reducing risk of injury.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
- Provide educational guidance on strength, speed, and nutrition.
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
- At least one NCCA‑accredited certification.
- Minimum 1 year of strength & conditioning experience.
- Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field.

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour.
