Overview
Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We specialize in programs for children ages 2 through 8 years old. We're passionate about what we do, and are looking to add people to our team who feel the same!
Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 9am-12pm (Additional hours available). This is a mandatory schedule.

- Preparation: manage and direct all duties related to the operation of a Soccer Shots session, including attending coaches meetings at the beginning of the season; review online curriculum prepared for you ahead of time and aligned with Nevada early education standards; maintain equipment in proper condition and arrive on time to set up the field.
- Coaching:
ensure the safety and well-being of every child; for childcare sites, gather children from classrooms and return after session (for public locations, no pick-up/drop-off required); follow proper on-site protocol for each location as provided by Soccer Shots supervisor; conduct fun and positive 35- to 45-minute sessions following the weekly Soccer Shots curriculum. - Safety and customer experience: safety-conscious — priority is the safety of children under their care; caring — engage with each child through specific and positive affirmation; organized — plan ahead and conduct each session according to the curriculum; responsible — commit to being an outstanding coach and the "+face" of Soccer Shots; energetic — bring Soccer Shots to life with a fun and positive atmosphere.
Our outstanding coaches start at $20.00/hour, with an opportunity to increase. Coaching sessions last from 35 to 45 minutes in length. A part-time coach will handle 10-15 sessions per week and also share in administrative and marketing roles to aid the programs and children being served.
