. Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development for children ages 2 through 8. We are hiring Fall Coaches; position does not start until August/September. Hiring both Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches.

Our outstanding coaches start at $20 per hour
, with an opportunity to increase. Coaching sessions last from 35 to 45 minutes in length. Weekend coaches will be responsible for 5-8 sessions per week. Compensation: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience
.

• Preparation — manage and direct all duties related to the operation of a Soccer Shots session, including attending coaches meetings, reviewing online curriculum, maintaining equipment, and arriving 10-15 minutes early to set up the field.
• Coaching — ensure safety and well-being of every child; follow on-site protocol for each location; conduct fun and positive 35- to 45-minute sessions following the weekly curriculum.
• Communication/Administration — communicate with supervisor about changes or challenges; complete online attendance; submit time sheets; return equipment; communicate with parents; attend meetings with Director or Operations Specialist.

The job description describes a part-time position requiring 5-8 classes per week. Soccer Shots programs are offered during select weeks of the year and times of day, so the schedule will vary and requires Saturday and Sunday availability during the seasons. All employment is at-will. A background check is required;
Soccer Shots can assist candidates without these on file in obtaining clearances.
