Salary$60,083.92 – $96,053.15 annually (Step 1 – Step 20). The typical starting range is $60,083.92 – $66,321.42, depending on experience.

Full‑time, 7 AM to 6 PM, Monday – Thursday.

Position SummaryUnder direct supervision, the Job Plus Program Coordinator coordinates case management services, conducts evaluations, advocacy and support services to promote resident self‑development, and ensures confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
Duties and Responsibilities- Organize and direct a comprehensive case management plan for long‑term, livable‑wage employment and self‑sufficiency programs for adults.
- Develop and coordinate case management activities associated with Jobs Plus objectives, including assessments, case plans, and evaluation of services.
- Maintain case files and record client data in the database, ensuring complete documentation.
- Develop and manage educational and employment‑related resources; provide supportive services and refer residents to community partners.
- Participate in planning and implementing special events and projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of information obtained through the position.
- Perform related duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, business administration, humanities, public management, human resources or related field plus two years of experience in human services, case management or social work.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
- Valid Nevada driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
