Plumbing Service Technician

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Service Plumbing Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on plumbing service with a strong focus on customer relations and diagnosing. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and recommending plumbing systems.

• Perform plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations for residential clients.
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety codes.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend plumbing products or services to clients.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by securing new business and upselling services.
• Provide excellent customer service, build relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Complete service reports, sales orders, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• 2-4 yrs of experience in plumbing service and repair (residential or commercial).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Plumbing safety code knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Pay Range: $75,000 - $125,000 USD
