This position supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical infrastructure systems—including electrical, electronic, mechanical, and HVAC components—across SUPERNAP facilities. The technician collaborates with operations teams to reduce costs and improve efficiency through creative problem-solving. Responsibilities include responding to customer requests, conducting power, cooling, and facility audits, and providing necessary reporting and documentation. The role also involves investigating anomalies in power, communication, and cooling systems, as well as identifying unusual sights, smells, or sounds to ensure uninterrupted service.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of LAS VEGAS, NV.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $56,160.00/yr.
- Company pays premium for medical and dental insurance. Company provides tools and uniforms. There are no out-of-pocket costs for the employee. Historically, there have been annual raises, bonuses, and holiday gifts. Company match 401k up to a total of 6%.
This is a fully onsite position in LAS VEGAS, NV.
