The DCO Technician will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our data center, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Key duties include monitoring system performance, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• 1-3 years of experience working within HVAC systems.
• HVAC certification or Electrical certification from a trade school.
• Experience in installing and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC components and troubleshooting systems.
• Chiller Experience is a MAJOR PLUS

• Experience with software systems for tracking work orders (e.g., Oracle products)

• Discuss workload with the team upon arrival.
• Troubleshoot and manage workload deviations.
• Change, assess, and repair compressors; respond to alarms.
• Oversee construction workers to ensure critical gear is not harmed.
• Manage water-cooled condensers and plumbing tasks related to HVAC sensors.
