Maintenance Technician Job Las Vegas area,Nevada USA,Trades / Skilled Labor

We are seeking a full time and team-oriented Facilities Technician for our Restaurants in Las Vegas. Candidate should have 2-5 years of Facilities management experience and be well-versed in installing and maintaining both cooking equipment and refrigeration. Candidate should be able to communicate clearly, troubleshoot and solve facilities problems, and follow instructions of Facilities Director and Restaurant Managers.

Applicant strengths must be:

Partner with the Director of Facilities to define strategic processes, procedures, vendors, and tools to support multiple restaurants in NYC.
Directly oversee and/or manage defined internal team of three technicians and external teams to
execute facilities repairs and maintenance projects.
Inspect and routine maintenance of all existing locations for plumbing, electrical, safety
systems, mechanical failure, or breakdowns; test equipment for routine
performance.
Perform basic carpentry and electrical work including painting, handyman tasks. Installing hardware, fixtures, decor, furniture, etc.
Schedule and coordinate preventative maintenance of restaurant equipment.
Manage companies CSSM, update work orders and order parts as requested by repair
Technicians.
Oversee and carry out the preventative kitchen equipment maintenance for our 3 venues.
Comfortable with snaking and unclogging drains do tile work and grouting
Perform light millwork, painting, patching walls, door and lock repair.
Perform other general repair tasks as assigned by Operations team, Chefs and Managers.

We are Looking for Candidates:

3-5 years of experience in facilities management, ideally in Food Service/Hospitality.
Experience in the HVAC/R, electrical, and facilities maintenance is required:
Preferably within
the food/restaurant industry
Current HVAC and EPA Freon handling Type II or above certification
College level courses in air conditioning/refrigeration, electrical and electronics preferred
Must be able to work on an "on call" basis - nights, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision
That are accountable, reliable, complete work orders, and provide daily updates to upper management
Understanding that restaurants are a 24/7/365 operation (There will be calls and emergency situations happening outside of standard working hours that will require immediate attention.)
Who are fluent in English
With experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment
