We are seeking a Crew Member / Field Pipe Installer / General Laborer to join our growing team in Henderson, Nevada. In this hands‑on, entry‑level role, you'll work directly with a Crew Leader to install, set up, and service pumps and equipment on job sites. • Assist with installation, set‑up, and removal of pumps, piping, and related equipment. HDPR fusion experience preferred.
• Operate and maintain small hand and power tools to support job site work.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Forklift & MSHA certified is preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days. CPE will provide training and certification.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
• Team player with a safety‑first mindset.
• Experience in the rental pump industry is a plus – HDPR fusion experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CDL is a plus!

Work Schedule: 6 am - 2 pm Weekdays, but employment is contingent upon availability to work rotating, on‑call shifts and/or overtime.
