We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body restoration, painting, and fiberglass work, and a commitment to safety and quality.

• $25-$40 hourly depending on experience and qualifications, plus a production bonus.

• Perform full body restoration for trucks involved in collisions.
• Perform paint restorations for trucks involved in collisions.
• Conduct fiberglass repairs and other specialized tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods.

• Over five (5) years of experience as a body shop technician preferred.
• Certified PPG Painter.
• Proficient in using a wide range of tools and equipment for truck assessment and repair.
• Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to work on small parts and in confined spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective customer service and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Must be able to pass a post-offer drug test, physical and lift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
