Responsibilities- Diagnose and clear drain, waste, and vent (DWV) issues in residential and commercial settings
- Run cable machines, hydro jetters, and other professional drain equipment
- Use sewer cameras to inspect lines and clearly explain findings
- Locate clogs, breaks, and problem areas and help determine repair solutions
- Perform preventative maintenance and make smart recommendations to customers
- Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, and teammates
- Follow safety standards and industry best practices
- Keep tools, equipment, and company vehicles clean, organized, and job-ready

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the plumbing trade, plumbing service, or related field
- Sales experience preferred and strongly valued
- Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining solutions, earning through results.
- Driver’s Licenses (non-commercial) – must be state – specific.
This role requires strong communication, good judgment, and the ability to adapt in real time. The right candidate can follow written and verbal instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively with customers and teammates.

- Ability to inspect, diagnose, and resolve plumbing, drain, and sewer issues.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while following company processes and procedures.

- 25% travel required.
