Maintenance Technician – Inspire Communities

Join us as a Maintenance Technician at Inspire Communities, a leading owner and operator of manufactured housing communities and RV resorts across the nation. You will help keep our communities in top shape, working outdoors and tackling hands‑on tasks to ensure a safe and well‑maintained environment for our residents.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks—appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical keskust water/sewer systems—while also handling seasonal upkeep such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations. littill also manage equipment, maintain company trucks and lawnmowers, and repair community infrastructure like roads, driveways, sprinklers and irrigation systems.

• Perform maintenance tasks including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water/sewer systems.

• Maintain equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawnmowers.

• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance and pool care.
• A valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Flexibility to handle on‑call assignments when needed.
