This position supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical infrastructure systems—including electrical, electronic, mechanical, and HVAC components—across SUPERNAP facilities. The technician collaborates with operations teams to reduce costs and improve efficiency through creative problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and conduct power, cooling, and facility audits.
• Provide necessary reporting and documentation.
• Investigate anomalies in power, communication, and cooling systems, and identify unusual sights, smells, or sounds to ensure uninterrupted service.

Skills & Qualifications

• HVAC system, HVAC electrical, electrical, low voltage, cable, maintenance repair, infrastructure.
• Other duties:
  Attend assigned meetings and training; assist in ensuring customer compliance with Switch AUP; provide technical escort when needed.

Job Type & Location – Permanent position based out of LAS VEGAS, NV.

Pay And Benefits – The pay range for this position is $56,160.00 – $56,160.00/yr.
