This position supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of critical infrastructure systems—including electrical, electronic, mechanical, and HVAC components—across SUPERNAP facilities. The technician collaborates with operations teams to reduce costs and improve efficiency through creative problem‑solving.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer requests for assistance with infrastructure systems.
- Conduct power, cooling, and facility audits.
- Provide necessary reporting and documentation.
- Investigate anomalies in power, communication, and cooling systems.
- Identify unusual sights, smells, or sounds to ensure uninterrupted service.

- Attend assigned meetings and training.
- Assist in ensuring customer compliance with Switch AUP.
- Provide technical escort when needed.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $56,160.00 per year. Benefits include company‑paid medical and dental insurance, tools and uniforms, annual raises, bonuses, holiday gifts, and a 401(k) match up to 6%.
