Purpose: Engage with homeowners to spark conversations about their air conditioning and heating needs, and schedule appointments for service, diagnostics, or system replacement.

• Proactively approach and engage with potential customers to identify HVAC needs
• Clearly explain the benefits of our services and programs
• Set qualified appointments for diagnostics, service, or replacement estimates
• Represent Sierra Air Conditioning and Plumbing with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Maintain a strong desire for personal and income growth
• Meet or exceed appointment‑setting and conversion goals

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Outgoing personality and willingness to initiate conversations
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Reliable transportation to travel to designated locations
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Highly motivated, driven, and goal‑oriented
