• Assist with assembly, installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical equipment and wiring systems in commercial and residential settings.
• Prepare work areas for equipment installation.
• Assist with installing electrical components and connect wiring as per code and specifications.
• Operate equipment only if trained and certified, including powder-activated tools and lifts.
• Set up and operate tools such as hydraulic benders, power threaders, and cable vacuum systems.
• Read blueprints and electrical drawings to ensure correct installation.
• Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances.
• Secure and lock up equipment after use.
• Ensure safety and compliance with building codes.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist with complex electrical installations in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in NM (Romex) and MC wiring methods is a plus.
• Work from various ladders and carry tools safely, adhering to weight limits.

• Work in various elements and weather conditions.
• Wear PPE at all times and use respirators when necessary.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting objects over 50 pounds, crawling, standing, and repetitive movements.
• Work 8-10 hours per day, including overtime and night shifts as needed.
