Installing HVAC systems, including ductwork, units, and electrical components, per Goettl standards.

Removing and replacing equipment, materials, and debris efficiently and safely.

Delivering a superior customer experience with professionalism and expertise.

Ensuring all installations meet Goettl's "picture-perfect" standard.

Maintaining a fully stocked company truck with essential tools and equipment.

Following safety protocols, handling tools correctly, and adhering to local codes.

Educating customers on their new system's operation and controls.

• Two years plus experience in HVAC INSTALLATION
• Committed and progressive work history
• Proven experience working on a TEAM successfully
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• EPA 608 Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
• Must be able to climb a 32 ft ladder
• OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health Certification
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen upon offer
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Service Titan experience preferred

This position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, crouching, and heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs). You must be comfortable working in various conditions, including extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and exposure to dust, fumes, and machinery.
