We are seeking a skilled Electrician Foreman to join our team! As an Electrician Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Foreman role, preferably 5 years. Must have knowledge of running work in residential, commercial, and solar installation.

Responsibilities- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials needed
- Install new electrical systems and repair existing systems
- Provide bids for work orders
- Interact with customers, suppliers, and other professionals
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with construction teams to provide accurate electrical construction estimates and schedules
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Install and maintain lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and other electrical devices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Participate in field work activities, including utilizing tools when necessary
- Journeyman Electrician License
- Previous experience as an Electrician is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
- Professional appearance and courteous personality
- Strong knowledge of NEC and most electrical systems, components, and equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve electrical issues
- Attention to detail and ability to perform quality control inspections
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
