Security Officer - Armed Patrol Relief

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government facility;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter prohibited activity and identify unusual conditions;
Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques and coordinating with local law enforcement when needed;
Control access to restricted areas by checking identification, verifying authorization, monitoring entrances and exits, and documenting visitor and vendor activity per post orders;
Complete required security-related reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management, and handle assigned equipment and firearms in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations
