Ready to suit up as a PT Experienced Security Dispatcher?
What matters most about this role is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Tell us about your strong observation skills with attention to detail.
As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations center, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Location:
Los Vegas, NV - Set schedule: 24-hour work week.
- Shift: PT Swing/Grave Combo: 2PM TO 10PM:
Saturday & Sunday / 10pm to 6am:
Thursday. - Competitive hourly wage of $21 / hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
- Respond quickly to critical situations.
- Provide critical access control using screening of guests, employees, vendors, and other guests, and screen people upon exiting.
- Provide extra security patrolling the grounds inside and outside of the facility by car and by foot.
- Provide appropriate badges at the facility.
- Answer phones and communicate with patrol officers to cover areas and assignments in need.
- Have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Proficient in working with electronics, computers, radios, and advanced CCTV systems.
- Handle various temperatures throughout the inside and outside the property.
- Maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; follow proper procedures.
- Be certified in CPR/AED or obtain it within 2 weeks after an offer.
- Walk, sit, stand, and handle any weather conditions throughout your shift.
- Multitask and work well under pressure.
- At least 21 years of age or older as required by law or contractual requirements.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- At least 2 years security experience, with 1 year in a fast‑paced environment, or equal Military/Law Enforcement.
- At least 1 year of top‑flight dispatch operations.
- Valid PILB in hand.
- HS Diploma or GED in hand, or higher degree.
- Superior computer and electronic skills.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Handle various temperatures that can range from cold to hot and humid inside.
- Obtain CPR/AED certification within 1 week of an offer.
- Obtain Gaming License within the first two weeks of an offer.
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
