Security Officer - Armed Patrol Detail

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the interior and exterior areas, including parking areas and perimeter routes, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.;
Control access points by verifying identification and/or credentials, managing visitor processing, and directing authorized persons to appropriate areas in accordance with post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate resources and providing clear, timely communication to site leadership.;
Complete accurate security-related reports and logs, including patrol documentation, incident reports, and observations, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
